Security Officer - Driver's

Position: Security Officer - Driver's License Required FT
Location: Malvern

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.;
Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination per site access guidelines.;
Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and access control systems from the front desk, reporting irregular conditions and helping to deter unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document events in reports and/or logs per site requirements.;
Communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily activity, policy questions, and incident notifications, escalating concerns as needed.
