Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

Location: Greencastle

Allied Universal - Up to $17.65/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, common areas, loading and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Control access to restricted areas by verifying identification and/or authorization, monitoring deliveries and vendor activity, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.;
Complete detailed written reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and customer interactions, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
