Security Officer - Part-Time Credential Desk

Location: Malvern

Allied Universal - Up to $20.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor registration, issuing temporary credentials, and directing guests and deliveries to the appropriate areas;
Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and access control systems, and report suspicious behavior or security-related concerns per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with evacuation or shelter instructions when directed;
Complete required documentation such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity logs, and communicate updates during shift changes
