Security Officer Entry Control

Location: Manchester

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor management protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, managing sign-in logs, and directing deliveries and service providers to the appropriate locations;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems and report irregular activity, access issues, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, medical calls, and incident documentation as required;
Maintain accurate security-related reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate pertinent updates during shift change and/or through the established chain of command
