Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access to the facility by verifying identification and authorization, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor and delivery logs, and directing individuals to approved destinations;
Monitor entry points, alarms, and video systems as assigned, and report unusual activity according to post orders and site procedures to help to deter unauthorized access;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating notifications, documentation, and coordination with on-site leadership and/or emergency services as required;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, sensitive areas, and perimeter, and complete patrol and incident reports per site requirements
