Security Officer - Flex Visitor Desk

Location: Shippingport

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in an industrial location;
Greet and screen visitors, issue temporary credentials as directed, manage sign-in and sign-out logs, and direct guests and/or vendors to designated contacts and areas;
Monitor access control points and security-related systems from the desk, report irregular activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry by following established protocols;
Answer phones and radio traffic, relay messages to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and maintain accurate shift documentation including incident reports and daily activity logs;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notify appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services as required, and assist with coordination during drills and real events
