Security Officer - Flex Desk

Position: Security Officer - Flex Welcome Desk
Location: Shippingport

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and/or drivers by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies and security-related protocols at the front desk.;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor registration, issuing temporary badges and/or credentials as directed, and directing guests to appropriate check-in areas.;
Monitor alarms, cameras and/or access control systems from a stationary post, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized entry or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents, requests for assistance and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Complete security-related documentation such as activity logs, incident reports, shift pass-downs and delivery and/or contractor records per site requirements.
