Security Guard

Join our compassionate, professional team at Horsham Center for Jewish Life, a 324-bed long-term care facility dedicated to promoting active, healthy, and fulfilling lifestyles for all residents.

We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Varied shifts available including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

• Monitor and patrol facility grounds and building entrances

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns

• Document daily activities, incidents, and security reports accurately

• Assist with visitor check-in procedures and access control

• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity

• Ensure compliance with facility safety policies and procedures

• Work collaboratively with facility management and healthcare staff

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors

• Previous security experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed

• CPR certification or security license preferred but not required

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations

• Occasional lifting, bending, and stair climbing required
