Position Purpose

* The Security Officer is responsible for the security of hospital employees, patients/families, visitors, and property. Is responsible for fire prevention and initial response measures.

As a Security Officer you will:

* Maintains safety practices in the area of his/her assignment.

* Has oversight of the SOC (Security Operations Center)

* Conducts the Duties and responsibilities associated with the Metal Detector.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school graduate or equivalent required

* Previous hospital-based security position preferred

* Valid Driver's License in good standing required

* Fingerprints and Child Abuse Clearance required upon hire.
