Unarmed Security Officer

Location:

Coraopolis, PA

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday | 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide overnight security coverage at a facility in Coraopolis, PA. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong situational awareness, and a proactive approach to safety and security while on duty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the facility

* Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property

* Monitor the premises for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized access

* Control access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors

* Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, or emergencies

* Accurately document incidents, observations, and daily activities through detailed reports

* Enforce site policies, procedures, and security protocols in a consistent and professional manner

* Communicate effectively with management, staff, and emergency responders when necessary

* Maintain a strong focus on safety, risk awareness, and prevention at all times

Qualifications:

* Prior security experience preferred

* Professional demeanor, appearance, and strong communication skills

* Ability to remain alert, observant, and responsive during overnight shifts

* Strong reliability, integrity, and attention to detail

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform routine patrols
