** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity for associates, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, property concerns, and/or policy violations.

+ Support loss prevention and access control efforts by observing high-traffic areas, following post orders, and assisting with incident reporting and customer service needs during daily operations.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
