** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk, following site-specific policies and security-related procedures for a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Monitor access at the reception area by verifying identification, managing visitor sign-in records, and communicating entry requirements to authorized personnel and/or guests.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Answer phones, direct inquiries, and support front desk operations while documenting daily activity, unusual events, and other security-related information in required logs and reports.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations by maintaining an attentive presence at the front desk and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
