Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Thursday/Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm
We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for an industrial facility in the Transfer, PA area. This position is responsible for maintaining site safety, monitoring activity, and providing a consistent security presence. Security experience is preferred, and reliability is essential due to the fixed schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and secure facility access points
- Conduct routine patrols of the property
- Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns
- Complete accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation
- Follow all post orders, site procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with employees, visitors, and supervisors
- Respond appropriately to incidents and notify management as required
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Previous security experience preferred (industrial experience is a plus)
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols throughout the shift
- Dependable with a strong attendance record
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional demeanor
