• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or freight movement, verifying credentials, following post orders, and reporting discrepancies or policy violations.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing warehouse and shipping activity, reporting hazards, damaged barriers, and/or suspicious behavior, and assisting with site incident procedures as directed.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
