As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Fredericksburg, PA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will use teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while responding to site needs with agility and reliability.

Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Wed 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Thu 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and support visitor, vendor, and/or delivery traffic in accordance with location procedures.
• Assist with incident reports, daily activity logs, and communication with site contacts regarding policy questions, operational concerns, and/or security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
