Key Responsibilities- Supervise, care for, and provide correctional treatment to inmates.
- Guide lower-graded Correctional Officers in their duties.
- Maintain institution security and promote the health and welfare of inmates.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring inmate accountability and conduct.
- Ensure judicial sanctions are upheld and that inmates remain in custody.
- May be required to carry firearms and use physical force when necessary to maintain control.
- Adapt to emergency situations and heavy workloads, including working irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Utilize provided operational procedures and internal communication for effective job performance.
We are looking for flexible candidates with a considerable knowledge base, who can take initiative in addressing and resolving problem situations.
