Pay Rate: $19 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Mon: 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM
- Tue: 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM
- Wed: 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM
- Thu: 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM
- Fri: 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and conditions that may require follow‑up.
- Support retail operations by documenting daily activity, verifying credentials when required, and assisting with security-related concerns involving customers, staff, and merchandise areas.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control / Badge experience.
- Alarm panel experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
