Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing timely information with supervisors and/or designated site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout operational areas, buildings, grounds, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and critical utility infrastructure for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues, and report findings according to post instructions.
• Support daily operations by following Allied Universal post orders, completing required reports, and communicating professionally with site personnel and/or first responders during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
