Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site protocols for deliveries, escorts, and restricted areas;
Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation while maintaining professionalism and assisting with customer service-related needs;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed
