Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee movement, verifying authorized entry and reporting suspicious behavior;
Support assigned banking and administrative operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and communicating clearly with site contacts and emergency responders when needed
