Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity;
Assist with screening and directing foot traffic and/or vehicle traffic at designated access points;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and public responders as needed
