Target - 501 Market Place Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience;
Promote a physical security culture and maintain safe and secure standards throughout the store;
Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using case management system;
Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support following AP policies;
Submit documentation for all incidents in the case management system and communicate trends to leadership
