Security Officer - Part Time Office Park

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and activity throughout the location, assisting with directions, general questions, and/or reporting unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, or policy violations.;
Support a professional presence at the location by observing daily operations, communicating clearly with management and/or local authorities when needed, and completing required reports in a timely manner.
