Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by handling calls, radio traffic, and dispatch communications.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, phone lines, and other communication systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Dispatch appropriate personnel to utility location needs, document incidents and service requests, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and related records.;
Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and coordinated field communication around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
