Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns in accordance with site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.;
Document visitor activity, access-related events, and/or incidents in required logs and reports while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
