Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity in accordance with site policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including receiving, shipping, warehouse, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by site.;
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by observing surroundings, reporting concerns, and following established security-related procedures
