, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location where you will serve as the front desk presence, greeting visitors, managing access, monitoring activity, and supporting security-related procedures with professionalism and clear communication. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and front desk responsibilities at an industrial location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with post orders.
• Answer phones, greet guests, maintain visitor logs, and direct deliveries and/or vendors while supporting security-related documentation and reporting requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Observe front entrance conditions and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to help support order at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
