Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Monitor front desk activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct guests, employees, and vendors according to site access procedures.;
Answer phones, manage visitor logs, issue badges and/or access materials, and support a professional front desk presence throughout the shift.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.;
Help deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, monitoring lobby activity, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
