Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity; report unusual conditions, hazards, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and communications accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.;
Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions and reporting requirements.
