Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior work spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document entries, incidents, and observations in accordance with site procedures.;
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.
