Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol

Location: Fountain Hill

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential community, including buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with access control and reporting unusual conditions.;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal and site requirements.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
