Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Reporting

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site personnel.;
Assist with access control, monitor entry and exit activity, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates.
