Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, parking areas, common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while representing Allied Universal professionally.
