Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft;
Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives;
Mitigate theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with leadership;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
