Concierge Security Guard

Garda World Security Services U.S. seeks a professional Concierge Security Guard to protect people, property, and critical operations in a fast-paced, client-facing setting. In this role, you will control building access, monitor CCTV and alarms, conduct patrols, manage visitor and vendor check-ins, and respond to incidents following strict safety and reporting protocols. You will provide courteous customer service at lobbies and reception points while enforcing site policies.

Responsibilities

• Control building access and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems to detect and report suspicious activity
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to ensure safety and policy compliance
• Provide concierge-style customer service at lobbies and reception areas
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms according to post orders
• Document incidents, daily activity, and unusual events in detailed reports
• Enforce client and site-specific rules, regulations, and safety procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and public safety as needed
• Support screening of bags, packages, or deliveries when required
