Licensed Security Guard

Andy Frain Services seeks a Licensed Security Guard to protect people, property, and assets within our Security & Law Enforcement operations. In this role, you will patrol facilities, monitor access points, operate surveillance and access control systems, and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. You will enforce safety and security policies while delivering professional customer service to employees and visitors. Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
• Conduct regular patrols, surveillance, and incident reporting in accordance with company protocols.
• Verify identification, manage visitor access, and enforce security and safety policies.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances, coordinating with law enforcement when needed.
• Prepare accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Operate security systems, CCTV, access control, and communication equipment.
• Support risk mitigation efforts by identifying and reporting hazards or suspicious activities.
• Assist with crowd control and event security as required.
• Collaborate with security team members to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
