Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, documenting entries and exits, and directing authorized personnel, contractors, and drivers;
Support the management of vehicle and delivery access by monitoring entry points, communicating with site personnel, and reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and promptly communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter, while documenting security-related observations and conditions
