As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. ** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Armed Guard Card/License (B203)
** Candidates applying for security-related positions must possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by state regulations. Proof of certification must be provided during the application process.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining accurate logs and reporting unusual conditions.

+ Complete required reports and shift documentation in a timely, professional manner.
