Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Mobile Deterrence Driver in Fredericksburg, PA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and document security-related activities while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, caring, and integrity.

SecurityExperience:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience (C112). This experience should be verifiable and may include roles in security operations, surveillance, or related fields.
- All candidates must hold a valid driver's license in accordance with the Driver Policy Requirements (C123). A copy of the driver's license must be submitted as part of the application process.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). This includes familiarity with basic software applications, email communication, and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

Control access to the facility by verifying visitor, employee, and vendor credentials.
Monitor and document all vehicles and trailers entering and exiting the property.
Conduct security screenings and enforce site access policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify documentation.
Seal verification following V.V.T.T. (View, Verify, Tug, Twist) process.
Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security concerns. (If applicable)
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents in accordance with site procedures.
Communicate effectively with site management via radio or phone.
Must be alert to help prevent cargo theft.
What You'll Do:- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and incidents as required.
- Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
- Have at least six months of security-related experience.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
