Site Safety Manager

Job Description

JSG is seeking a Site Security Specialist for our client
In this vital role, you'll play a key part in maintaining safety, security, and compliance across our facilities, ensuring a secure environment for everyone. Your expertise will support emergency response efforts, site security, and fire prevention, making a tangible difference every day.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications such as Firefighter I & II, Confined Space Rescue, and Hazmat Operations (Technician) are preferred.
• Fire protection experience within the past 8 years, including a minimum of 5 years in municipal fire protection, preferably as a Chief Officer.
• Incident Command Training (NIMS 100, 700 minimum).
• Familiarity with industrial utility systems such as air, steam, and high voltage.
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid; EMT certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Valid PA driver’s license or CDL (preferred), with experience operating work vehicles.
• Additional useful skills include OSHA General Industry and Construction Safety Training, Firefighter certifications, and Pro Board Rescue Certification.

Nice to Have:

• Pennsylvania Emergency Vehicle Operator Course or equivalent.
• Experience with suppression systems and property conservation.
• Knowledge of fire suppression systems and emergency medical services.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work a dynamic schedule of four days (day and night shifts), including weekends and holidays, on a rotating cycle.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies, perform inspections, investigations, and recordkeeping with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with site-specificfire prevention measures, Hazmat protocols, rescue operations, and safety systems is essential.
