You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. ** Age Requirement:*
* 2. All candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application (C101). This requirement is in place to ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.

** Act 235 Qualification (Pennsylvania Only):*
* 4. Candidates applying for positions in Pennsylvania must possess a valid Act 235 qualification (C134). This certification is essential for roles that require the carrying of firearms and other law enforcement duties.

** Experience Requirement:*
* 6. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military police, or corrections (C140). This experience is critical to ensure that candidates are adequately prepared for the responsibilities of the position.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Armed Guard Card/License (B203)
** Candidates applying for security-related positions must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License. Proof of certification must be provided during the application process.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of banking offices, operational areas, parking facilities, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.
