Position Overview
Type:
Full Time
Level/Salary Range: $35,000 to 75,000 per year (subject to negotiation due to experience and other factors)
Capital Coating, a roof coatings/repair, wall coatings and floor coatings contractor based in Lancaster PA, is in the business of building strong client relationships, providing high quality workmanship and exceptional service. For over 20 years, we have specialized in a complete range of commercial and industrial services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Actively identify and repair problem areas on a roof
* Communicate with customers on work completed
* Documenting roof conditions and submitting the gathered information to the head of the service department
* Maintaining conditions necessary for a customer to retain their warranty
Successful candidates should have:
* Ability to use a computer/tablet for data entry
* Strong listening and communication skills
* Problem solving skills; the ability to shift focus and adapt to change
* Construction or roofing experience
* Strong customer service skills
* A valid driver's license: this position requires travel to and from different jobsites throughout the day
