Key Responsibilities

• You will perform high-quality carpentry to return properties to pre-loss condition.
• Structural Work:
  Assemble, cut, and fasten wood for framing, sub-flooring, and roofing.
• Finish Carpentry:
  Install drywall, siding, windows, doors, and perform painting tasks.
• Restoration:
  Participate in demolition, cleaning, and restoration of fire- or water-damaged sites.
• Site Operations:
  Set up safety gear (scaffolding/ladders), perform basic electrical/plumbing tasks, and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Documentation:
  Assist in material requisition, change orders, and pack-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  High school diploma/GED OR 1+ years of carpentry experience.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Basic understanding of job costing is a plus.
• Physical:
  Must be able to lift 75 lbs and safely walk on roofs and scaffolding.
• Requirements:
  Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Schedule:
  
  Must be willing to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
