Location: Manheim
Interested in bringing your professional paving experience to the leading paving company in Central PA? B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Paving Foreman with at least 2-5 years of paving and excavating experience who can manage and coordinate daily activities of a paving crew.

Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily activities of paving crew
- Monitor and manage materials to meet company & customer expectations
- Properly plan and lay out projects for maximum efficiency and production
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CDL (Class A Preferred)
- 2-5 years of paving experience
- Ability to operate paving equipment including screed
