As a Roofing Repair Technician, you’ll be the go-to pro solving roofing problems and keeping homes protected. Every day will be a little different — and that’s part of what makes it exciting.

• Travel to homes for service, maintenance, and warranty work
• Track down leaks and deliver lasting repair solutions
• Handle small estimates, invoices, and occasional payments
• Pick up materials and support project managers when needed
• Always represent Glick’s with professionalism and respect

• Have 5+ years of roofing experience
• Take pride in doing things the right way — no shortcuts
• Can solve problems fast and think on your feet
• Don’t mind heights and work safely every time
• Like working independently but still want to be part of a tight crew
• Want more than a job — you’re looking to build a career

• 5+ years roofing experience
• Skills to remove & replace shingles, re-flash chimneys, counter-flash walls, replace siding/step flashing
• A valid driver’s license and clean(ish) record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights
• Basic tools (tool belt, hammer, tape measure, etc.)
• Experience with trailers, equipters, or lifts is a big plus

• Full-time, steady work with bi-weekly paychecks
• $32–$38/hr based on your experience
