We are hiring full-time Construction Laborers / Equipment Operators to support our industry-leading rumble strip installations across the United States.
Starting pay $22.25 with a $50/day per diem

- Operate heavy machinery and drive vehicles across state highways and interstates.
- Perform vehicle and equipment inspections, ensuring optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
- Occasionally interact with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to job-specific protocols and wearing necessary PPE.
- Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record - REQUIRED
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment.
- Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds or more and work long shifts (8–14 hours/day).
- Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. with overnight stays.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods on pavement.
- Exposure to noisy environments – ear protection is provided.
- Comfortable working outdoors, in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust).
