** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment and machinery
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections
* Supports equipment mechanic, performs equipment services, daily fueling of equipment.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
* Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
* Flexibility to work 10-12 hrs/day, including Saturdays and overtime as needed
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
** Work Environment
** This position functions predominantly in the underground mine and involves working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The role requires physical activity including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
** What We Offer*** $25.50/hr with an additional $1.00/hr underground rate* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
