What You’ll Do- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances.
- Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests.
- Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergencies.
We’re seeking dependable professionals with strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
Requirements- Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Full‑time availability, including ability to be on‑call.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Snow removal required as needed.
