Durable Surfaces LLC is hiring Concrete Tradesmen to join our 100% travel Field Operations team supporting industrial concrete repair, resurfacing, and coating projects nationwide. This role is ideal for dependable, safety-minded individuals who enjoy consistent work, traveling to new job sites, and developing hands‑on skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Concrete Tradesmen play a critical role in supporting concrete preparation, repair, finishing, and coating applications while maintaining the high safety and quality standards our clients expect. This position offers steady hours, weekly pay, paid travel opportunities, and clear pathways for advancement.

Assist with concrete surface preparation, including grinding, cleaning, and leveling
Perform basic concrete repair tasks such as crack repair, patching, and resurfacing
Use hand and power tools including grinders, polishers, and trowels
Apply coatings, sealants, densifiers, and other protective treatments
Support experienced tradespeople with finishing and polishing techniques
Set up and break down job sites, including staging materials and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors to support efficient production
Represent Durable Surfaces professionally while traveling and working on customer sites
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1 year of construction or concrete‑related experience preferred
Willingness and ability to travel 100% nationwide for extended periods
Ability to work long hours, overnights, weekends, and varying schedules
Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
Ability to work safely in all climates and job site conditions
Physically capable of lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor
Team‑oriented mindset with professional communication skills
A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
$23–$26 per hour, based on experience
