Durable Surfaces LLC is seeking experienced Concrete Foremen to lead field crews on industrial concrete restoration, resurfacing, and coating projects. This role is responsible for supervising job sites, coordinating crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
The Concrete Foreman will work on a mix of local and travel-based projects, including assignments that may require travel for up to 30 days at a time. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in the field, leads by example, and is motivated by responsibility, consistency, and long‑term growth.

Supervise and lead concrete tradesmen and craftsmen on active job sites
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site activities to meet production goals and schedules
Perform and inspect advanced concrete finishing work, including grinding, polishing, resurfacing, and coating applications
Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, tool usage, and safety procedures
Read and interpret blueprints, job scopes, and project documentation accurately
Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and clients regarding progress and issues
Identify surface defects or quality concerns and implement corrective actions
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
Maintain job site organization, including tools, materials, and housekeeping
Track progress, complete required documentation, and support budget and schedule adherence
Represent Durable Surfaces professionally on both local and travel-based projects
Qualifications5+ years of experience in concrete finishing, repair, or restoration
Proven experience leading construction or concrete crews
Strong technical knowledge of surface preparation, grinding, polishing, and coating systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and finish specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Physical ability to lift materials, stand for long periods, and work in varying conditions
Willingness to travel for assignments of up to 30 days at a time, as well as work local projects
High school diploma or GED preferred
A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
